Pleiadian Teachings: How Growth Converts through the Spirit, Mind, and Body
As Channeled from Norma, Adora, and Marna, Pleiadians
Me: “Hi Norma. What would you like to communicate today?”
Norma: “I want to address the topic of growth.”
Growth is a complex topic. It starts from within the spirit and migrates through the mind into the body.
Somewhere along this path we make decisions to change or adapt something that is no longer working for us. We want to start fresh, have a clean canvas, new pallet, start over.
As a spirit the decision to make a change is not a complex one as we are able to shift directions instantaneously.
However, being here on planet earth offers unique challenges as you have a body with which you have to contest. A body that takes up time in space and has formed relationships and preconceived notions and definitions of who it is in this environment and the space it inhabits within time.
It starts with a vibrational shift from the spirit to the mind, and then our body needs to follow suit.
This vibrations shift is often met with resistance in our body and expressed as a health issue. This issue is a marker informing us that the process of change in the body is underway.
So you go into cellular level, into organ functions, body functions, they all need to shift to catch up to that new vibration upon which you want to experience. This process of growth is allowing you to shift into that new space of change that you wanted to create, it is working to create a unity amongst the mind body spirit bodies.
When we are not moving in conjunction or shifting in conjunction with these three bodies, that is when we feel disjointed. That is when your spirit is telling you one thing, your mind is making choices of another creation, and your body feels heavy, tired, alone. This is disjointed change.
Creating change with those three bodies in unison is our greatest tool.
Use meditation to work through this process with some amount of grace or serenity. Meditation allows us to access all three of those bodies, to check in to see were each one is in this process of growth and change. It allows us to step back from the ego, from the desire to be driven, to create, to produce, to answer a question, to fill a goal, and instead be in the present with the mind body spirit bodies. In that moment we can assess where each energy body is in this process of growth, if one needs compassion, if one needs an extra boost of energy or enthusiasm, if one needs to express itself through play, through nature, through grounding, through travel. In meditation we notice how each of these parts works together to form as a whole in this human body.
It is not our place to retreat or be discouraged by this process of change. It is for us to be. It is for us to revel in this process, to notice how each facet works in such an incredible way to create a unified perspective, creating direction and adaptation, in this current life that we live. It is a process for us to celebrate, to acknowledge our worth, and to feed each of part of ourselves, and to recognize how special this experience truly is.
Me: “Norma is there anything else you wanna add to this?”
Norma: “No.”
Adora: “I would like to come in.”
Me: “Ok, hi Adora. What would you like to add?”
This human experience is like a dandelion looking at the sun. It's growing from the weeds, growing from grasses, creating its own path, its own way. In its search to be its own special unique development among the sea of grass blades.
As it grows, the dandelion reaps the bounty from its fertile soil with nutrients and vitamins collected over the processes of seasons. This lifespan is eternal in its moment of growth, in its beauty, and its connection to this planet.
The dandelion is not just a weed. The dandelion is a spectacular creator.
Here you all are human dandelions on this planet. Each inhabiting your own space, feeling like you belong sometimes like you do not belong. All are looking for their unique expression birthed from the pain that their body mind spirit has experienced. Each finding their voice, getting someone to listen, and then finally allowing them to hear themselves.
You are a creation a growth. Coming from a fertile environment, growing with the sun, gaining energy from its rays to energize your self into a being that is creating from a unique vision and expression of life. With the blades of grass around us, we desire expression of spirit in our unique manner.
This dandelion represents our moment in the sun, living our active creation. This creation is expressed here on this planet but it is one amongst the universal life energy force.
To access our mind body spirit connection through meditation is to understand the beauty of this process and how this vibration expands amongst others and out to the edges of the universe.
Me: “Do you have anything else to add, Adora?”
Adora: “Peace be to all in their quest.”
Me: “Thank you, Adora.”
Me: “Marna, do you have anything to add?”
Marna: “Go out there and get it. Don't stop until you find your space, your voice, become a spectacular creator. Know that fear will only limit and inhibit your ability to be who your spirit desires to be on this planet. If you want to stay in that fear construct that's up to you, but know that that is your decision.
Me: “Marna do you have anything else to add?”
Marna: “No.”
Me: “Thank you for your time and communication Norma, Adora, and Marna.”
